Alinta gives you the power to choose your electricity supplier

The deregulation of WA’s electricity industry means that Alinta can now supply electricity to contestable business customers.

If your business spends over $9,000 a year on electricity and is connected to the South West Interconnected System (SWIS), then you may be contestable and able to buy your electricity from Alinta.

And, what’s more, if you’re currently on a Synergy electricity tariff, you could be paying too much!

Alinta’s electricity is cleaner than electricity produced by traditional coal-fired methods because it is generated by:

• highly efficient natural gas cogeneration units in Pinjarra; and
• the Alinta Wind Farm near Geraldton.
