Terms & Conditions for the E-Bill "Belling Kitchen Pack" Competition (Competition)

1. Entrants to the Competition are taken to accept and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
2. The Promoter of the Competition is Total Asset Management (TAM), trading as Alinta Energy Assist, 158 Edward Street, Perth WA, 6000 (ABN: 15 088 996 650) (Promoter).
3. To enter the Competition, entrants must submit a photo of their gas cooker / oven to the email address enquiries@alintaassist.net.au between 05/12/11 and 31/03/12 (Eligible Entrant).
4. Each Eligible Entrant is limited to one Competition entry.
5. One winner of the Competition will be determined by random digital selection on Monday 09 April 2012 (Draw).
6. The prize is a Belling 54cm Stainless Steel Freestanding Cooker (FSG54TCNG) and a Belling 60cm Rangehood (GDA CB60SS) kitchen pack.

Installation of both products is included with this prize. Installation includes the following only:

Belling 54cm Stainless Steel Freestanding Cooker

• The prize includes supply and installation of Belling 54cm freestanding cooker.
• Like for like replacement in same location.
• No allowance for electrical works.
• The existing freestanding stove must be located to meet current legal installation requirements.

Belling 60 cm Rangehood

• The prize includes supply and installation of a Belling 60cm Rangehood.
• Like for like installations.
• Flue into ceiling space only.
• No allowance to patch ceiling walls or cupboards.
• Disconnect and reconnect electrical only.

7. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
8. The Promoter will endeavour to notify the winner by email within two weeks of the relevant prize draw date. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failure to notify a winner if that winner is not reasonably contactable. The prize must be claimed within 30 days of the draw. Any unclaimed prizes remain the property of the Promoter or the prize supplier.
9. The Promoter's decision regarding the Draw, determination of the Winner and the conduct of the Competition is final and cannot be contested. No correspondence shall be entered into.
10. The competition winner consents to the Promoter using their name, suburb and photograph for publicity purposes.
11. By entering the Competition entrants consent to receiving future email marketing communications and offers from Alinta Energy Assist.
12. Employees, relatives and agents of Alinta Energy Sales Pty Ltd and Alinta Energy Assist are not eligible to enter.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to terminate the Competition early or vary any of these terms and conditions.
14. Winners accept all risks, responsibilities and restrictions associated with the acceptance and use of the prize by themselves and anyone else. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither the Promoter, nor any of their respective related bodies corporate or their respective officers, employees, agents or contractors accepts or otherwise has any responsibility for any loss, damage, accident, death or injury resulting from or arising out of or in any way connected with any Alinta Energy Assist competitions, promotions or prizes, including, but not limited to, for any defect in or unsuitability of any goods or services supplied as prizes. However, to the extent such liability cannot be excluded by law, it is to be limited to the cost of repairing or replacing the defective goods or services. Any queries or complaints regarding the use or operation of a prize including, but not limited to, warranty claims should be directed to the prize donor/supplier or manufacturer.
