Terms & Conditions for the E-Bill "Rinnai Natural Gas BBQ and Gas for a Year" Competition (Competition)
- Entrants to the Competition are taken to accept and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
- The Promoter of the Competition is Alinta Energy Sales Pty Ltd, Level 13, 1 William Street, Perth WA 6000 (ABN 92 089 531 984) (Promoter).
- Entry to the Competition is automatic for Alinta Energy residential gas customers who sign up for Alinta Energy's online billing product, E-Bill, between 14/11/11 and 16/03/12 (Eligible Entrant).
- Each Eligible Entrant is limited to one Competition entry per residential Gas Account held by that Eligible Entrant.
- One winner of the Competition will be determined by random digital selection on Wednesday 21 March 2012 (Draw).
- The prize is a Rinnai Gourmet 4 Natural Gas BBQ and free gas for a year from Alinta Energy.
Rinnai Gourmet 4 Natural Gas BBQ valued at $2,199 (RRP).
- This product requires a bayonet fitting in the home for installation. The prize does not include the installation or any costs associated with installing a new bayonet fitting in the winner's home or preferred location.
- All costs and other liabilities associated with the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
Free Gas for a Year from Alinta Energy
- The winner will receive a one off credit of $600 on their Alinta Energy residential gas account. The maximum value of this prize cannot exceed $600.
- The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The Promoter will endeavour to notify the winner by telephone within two weeks of the relevant prize draw date. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failure to notify a winner if that winner is not reasonably contactable. The prize must be claimed within 30 days of the draw. Any unclaimed prizes remain the property of the Promoter or the prize supplier.
- The Promoter's decision regarding the Draw, determination of the Winner and the conduct of the Competition is final and cannot be contested. No correspondence shall be entered into.
- The competition winner consents to the Promoter using their name, suburb and photograph for publicity purposes.
- The winner's name will be listed on the Alinta Energy website as soon as reasonably practicable after each draw.
- Employees, relatives and agents of Alinta Energy Sales Pty Ltd and Alinta Energy Assist are not eligible to enter.
- The Promoter reserves the right to terminate the Competition early or vary any of these terms and conditions.
- Winners accept all risks, responsibilities and restrictions associated with the acceptance and use of the prize by themselves and anyone else. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither the Promoter, nor any of their respective related bodies corporate or their respective officers, employees, agents or contractors accepts or otherwise has any responsibility for any loss, damage, accident, death or injury resulting from or arising out of or in any way connected with any Advantages competitions, promotions or prizes, including, but not limited to, for any defect in or unsuitability of any goods or services supplied as prizes. However, to the extent such liability cannot be excluded by law, it is to be limited to the cost of repairing or replacing the defective goods or services. Any queries or complaints regarding the use or operation of a prize including, but not limited to, warranty claims should be directed to the prize donor/supplier or manufacturer.
